Please note that perusal orders for an orchestra, school or other institution must be placed by a person who is authorized by that institution to make financial commitments, such as a librarian or purchasing officer.

Perusal orders of items in stock at our library will be shipped free of charge via UPS Ground. In the case of a perusal order requiring domestic expedited shipment, the requesting party will be responsible for all expedited shipping fees associated with the order.

For perusal orders of items not in stock in our library, we must import them from the originating publisher by courier. In such cases the customer is responsible for the importation charges, which vary by the weight of the material and can be substantial. We do not add any service fees or other mark-up on the importation charges, but these can be expensive, particularly if it is necessary to use an expedited service. If this is an issue for your organization, we strongly encourage you to ask us for an estimate of importation charges before placing your perusal order.

Perusal requests for student use must be made on the student's behalf by an authorized party from the educational institution. Student requests or requests made for scholarly research only are subject to a $35.00 scholarly perusal fee as well as all shipping charges associated with the order.

Perusal materials may be retained for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of shipment. Materials not returned by the end of that period are subject to non-refundable late and/or lost materials fees.

By checking above, the requesting party agrees that:

1. no arrangements, transcriptions, or other derivative works will be made of the work for which perusal materials are being supplied;
2. no photocopies of any perusal materials may be made; and
3. the perusal material will not be sold, loaned or given in whole or in part to any other party for any purpose whatsoever.

The perusal material is being loaned for perusal purposes only and remains the property of EAMDLLC. The Material may not be used for performance, recording or any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written agreement of EAMDLLC.
